earwax help

i have earwax close to drum i think i have a camera that i can see inside my ears anyways i had alot wax i got some of it out but i think wax building back up or something one of my ear is stinging pain a little bit on and off i used debrox like three or two times and squirted water in my ear with the syringe alot times.... i also have a tool like ent i used but i dont like it it feels werid i used it on the other ear but it didnt help nothing lol.... i cna hear but the wax drivin me crazy seems like debrox dont help.... my ear feels itchy still but only one stings and and off i went to ent like last week she cleaned it out some but she todl me put peroxide in it but i used deborx she said she didnt see no hole in it or nothing just wax....
