Marriage.? What do I do.?

So when my boyfriend and I got together almost 3 years ago be both agreed at that point neither of us were really interested in marriage. This past January we welcomed a beautiful little boy, my friend had asked him if he was ever going to propose and he obviously still said he has no interest in marriage. I on the other hand over the years have been thinking more and more that's what I want. I just don't know what to do or how to bring it up because I already know how he feels about it. Can anyone give me advice.?
