Gas after ER?

Sorry if this is TMI for some but holy cow! I have been experiencing what felt like ovary pain on the left side. Enough to where the doctor brought me in today to see if I had OHSS. They did an ultrasound and pee test and everything looks good. I have been very constipated since ER on Sunday and I started taking colace today per doctors orders. I still haven’t gone but my gas pain is almost unbearable. It’s moving into my side and my back. Any tips?
