Baby kicked really hard now having bad cramps

Was laying on my left side and baby was moving and kicking as normal but she kicked so hard that it made me literally yelp out in pain. It was right in the side lol

Instantly after she did that I started having really bad period like cramping. All across my lower abdomen. And now some back ache. It feels almost like my period is about to start! Is that normal? I've never had her kick that hard to where it causes cramps.

Feeling lots of pressure now. Anyone else experience something similar? 😳

She is still kicking like crazy and its causing alot of cramping and pain. 😖
