Gripe water

Anyone use gripe water and it really settled your babies temperament?

My baby just seems to get extremely fussy and I’m trying to figure out what the issue is... sometimes she screams and then I can feel her pass gas. So I’m trying to figure out if she’s having belly pains. Anyone else going through this have advice?

It’s also worse at night. It almost seems like she just wants to be held constantly. The minute I put her down she cries....
