Names too close?

So I just found out I'm having a girl. I've been thinking of names since I became pregnant, having 3 names picked out for a girl and only one for a boy. Long story short I fell in love with the name Cianna. Problem is my goddaughter's name is Savannah with a C. Do they sound too close together?
