IF and your cycle.
I started doing intermittent fasting earlier this month, and I haven't had any issues, other than the initial few days of hunger. But my period is now 4 days late, which is highly unusual for me. My period is always right on time. Anyone else have this issue with IF, and do you know how to fix it?
