Facial twitching?

I can’t find much about this online, I assume it’s nothing to worry about but has anyone had facial twitching during pregnancy? The other day my eye kept twitching and today my bottom lip won’t stop twitching and I have no clue why!

Ive been told facial twitching is caused by stress, lack of sleep or dehydration.

My eye twitched for weeks. My doc told me to try an extra magnesium with my prenatal and that did the trick. Hope that helps!
