Horrifying cramping? 37+3

So i just got the worst cramping ever, the pain is constantly there but gets worse every now and then, what could this be?

My contractions felt like menstrual cramps that progressively got more painful.  Once I was in labor I realized all the cramps I had before going into labor were BH. At this point it could be BH for you too but at 37 weeks I’d be carefully to monitor frequency, intensity, whether they go away with rest and water just to make sure it’s BH.

Answer

At 37 weeks it could be the baby’s position. There isn’t much room in there now.
