Is this accurate or no?

So my boyfriend claims he never felt good with his ex and would take forever to cum. He said he got headaches from sex but when I looked it up it says that means you felt good and orgasm. He said no that’s not what he means he means a pounding headache from moving back and fourth but your legs and body is moving back and fourth not your head, so can someone explain is this possible? I always knew headaches from sex are a good thing he’s saying like a sickening headache.
