Ladies what do you think?

So I’m about 6 DPO and I just went to pee which I’m doing a lot , but when I wiped this happened. 😯 I’m having some symptoms like queasiness, my boobs are heavy, I’m having small twinges on my right side traveling down to the ride side of my lower stomach, I have lower back pain and I’m lethargic. I have a few small reddish pink spots in my undies. I know it’s a little, but it’s definitely there. Could this be IB??
