At what point to stop saying weeks and start saying months?

I told someone yesterday that I am 11 weeks pregnant and they said oh you’re almost three months. Which I don’t know why but it caught me off guard....

I don’t ever do it. It’s confusing because weeks don’t transfer over the same as months because there isn’t 4 weeks in every month.

I never changed to months lol. I just always said weeks and let them figure out that math in their head.

Depends on who I'm talking to. Anyone who knows anything about pregnancy I say weeks, to younger children I'll say months.

I always say weeks because it's just easier that way. Right now I'm almost 30 weeks which is 6.5 months but I just like how 30 weeks sounds more haha

i think this is WAY different than the picture i saw on here the other day saying “i’m 41 weeks old” with a picture of a baby. like no I AM 34 weeks PREGNANT but you little girl, you are almost 1. 41 weeks wtf is that??

Once I hit 20 weeks I start saying months, as it’s a bit easier for some people to figure out 🤷🏻‍♀️
For MYSELF and my midwife I say how many weeks I am, but if a friend was to ask I would say that I’m currently (25 weeks) 6 months pregnant 😊

I always used weeks while pregnant. After our son was born, we used weeks until around 12 and then we switched to months.

I just say the month im closest too. For example when i was 12 weeks i said three months because people seems to understand that more than weeks
