Do your nipples scab?

Heyyyy lol so for years, as long as i can remember, my nipples have ALWAYS been sensitive and they scab.

They’re sensitive to the point where wearing a loose t-shirt without a bra irritates them. Definitely don’t like to be sucked on lol. And the nipple scabs, falls off on its own, and then over time will scab over again.

At my last physical my doctor asked ME why so now I feel like it’s not normal lol ..

I’ve never had kids, they don’t lactate or leak at all, they’re not even big ... I have like B cups lol
