Would you date a guy that doesn’t believe there is a wage gap?

Would you date a guy that doesn’t believe the wage gap is a real thing? Would you take it as sexist and disrespectful towards women? 
Technically, it’s against the law and that is the argument some men have. However, as we all know, laws aren’t always followed.

It depends on his argument. 
If his argument is "it's against the law" he probably hasn't really loked into this very deeply and he's clearly a square and I do not date squares, lol.
Just because it's "against the law" doesn't mean it doesn't happen, first of all, and secondly, these social issues are so complex and nuanced, to dismiss this issue with such a lazy argument shows a lack of interest or intelligence. 
I prefer to date only the best.

You can believe it doesn’t exist and not be sexist. But, if he made other comments that were sexist and misogynistic then I wouldn’t date him. I also made more than my husband ever did until this job he’s at currently.

i made more money than all the guys at my work too.. i probably wouldn’t date someone who was so insistent that there IS a wage gap because i really don’t think there is anymore... some people are more qualified to do their job whether they’re male, female or a frickin alien.

Yes because a wage gap isn't real.
General women ask for less than men so we bring it on ourselves.
Also men dominated fields (tradework) pay better and offset the #'s.
Working the exact same job, with same experience people make the same amount as long as they ask for it.

I wouldn't date a man who didn't believe in the wage gap. 
He may not be sexist. He may be ignorant,  or he may not believe in evidence based science and statistics. 
The wage gap is not just about equal pay for equal work. It's also about work that is underpaid and undervalued because it is considered women's work e.g. childcare, teaching, housekeeing. It's also the when women are overlooked for promotion and or paid less because the workplace presumes that at some point in the future they will leave to have children. It is also when our society expects women to be responsible for the unpaid childcare/carer/ household duties, but then are unsupported and penalised by the workforce because of those unpaid commitments. 
Some of the wage gap is because women (individually, and not everyone) are not assertive enough in the workspace about their pay and/or work conditions.  But it is our society that conditions women(not all) to be passive and not be "bossy" or "demanding". Women who are good negotiators or are assertive are often called "aggressive" or "bitchy", whereas those same qualities are seen as men being leaders or strong.

People are entitled to their own opinions based on whatever facts they have accumulated. It doesn’t make them inherently sexist.

Yes because the wage gap isnt real for me. I get paid just as my Male colleagues do in my industry. And I work in a highly Male dominated industry (chemical industry). I've not yet experienced any sort of discrimination due to gender. Not to say some assholes dont think that women shouldn't do this work, but I think they're smart enough to not say it to my face. I've actually benefited more from being a woman in a mans world more so than not 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I'm satisfied
