Why is my opk flashing but almost negative?

I’m just curious if I got a defective digital opk because I don’t usually ovulate for another 7-9 days. Is it normal to flash but still be really negative?

You can’t read digital strips on their own :) means nothing

The flashing means your in the fertile window. Solid smiley means ur about to ovulation is going to occur. Don’t look at that stick... only go by the smiley

Flashing is just detecting estrogen not LH.
