Does a smaller baby mean a short adult ??

My baby is measuring 10 days behind or so. I’m only 5’2 but my husbands side has really tall men. Just wondering. I’m a ftm so I really have no idea. I’m 34 weeks

I was born prematurely, and was always super small. I was told I stayed in size 3t for years. Doctors were concerned at how small I was. Then I hit a growth spurt. I’m now one of the tallest in my family. I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

My sisters and I were all smaller babies (less than 7-ish pounds), and we measured around the 20th percentile all throughout childhood. But we caught up and are all about 5’4”.

Definetely not. I was a small baby, measuring 5 lbs 5 oz at birth and I'm 5'7 now. My oldest daughter was 5 lbs 12 oz and now at 5 years old, is the tallest kid in her class.
