Ovulation, Help!

I'm so confused. The app says I will ovulate on the 14th of this month. I have been taking OPKs and so far all are negetive. But I'm having slight egg white CM and light cramping and bloating. Am I ovulating? What do I do ? I am also doing artificial insemination so I don't have an all access pass to sperm lol so I am trying to pin point when I should inseminate.
