Nuvaring and bleeding

I recently started Nuvaring on the first day of my period and since then I have been spotting/bleeding still. It's been almost 2 weeks since insertion. I havent had any very bad symptoms, all pretty mild, but I usually have to change a pantiliner every few hours, sometimes longer. I left a message with my gyn so I'll find out tomorrow if it's a concern or not but I wanted to know if any of you experienced that kind of thing. I some bleeding is pretty common when starting a new birth control but I havent bled this much on any other type I've used before
