Contractions

They have stopped completely I have went several days maybe 4 days now where I was cleaning moving driving ..I mean I could lift a fridge and still no contractions WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON I mean I went from contractions feeling like labor to absolutely nothing it's Soo confusing bc ..it just is I just don't understand pregnancy anymore... The only problem now is I feel like I'm going to die every night I get light headed fast heart rate upset stomach and dizzy ..wake up feeling like a truck struck me like my heart is gonna stop no matter how much sleep I get I don't feel well but again I don't have not one contraction
