I just wanted to write this for anyone who has lost hope or are unsure of what this means for them if their partner has a problem with morphology. Early last year my partner he had 0% morphology which meant we needed to do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. We had to wait until I had turned 23 before they could refer us which wasn’t until December. In the mean time we tried everything we could. The thing that worked for us is that he gave up smoking and within a month his morphology progressed to 1%. Within 6 months of quitting smoking we finally fell pregnant. Don’t loose hope because I really did and didn’t expect that to finally happen for us. It also showed me how much lifestyle habits really do have an affect
