3 hour Glucose test

I had my 1 hour glucose test done on Tuesday and I had no trouble drinking it and even felt fine after the hour but I still waited maybe an extra hour to eat and omggg I felt so sick and like I was going to pass out, shaky and extremely anxious. I failed by 8 pts which doesn’t sound that bad to me but I could be wrong. Now I have to fast and do 3 hr one at 7:30 am on Monday which idk how I’m going to do because i literally wake up starving!!! Tummy growling and everything 😭 I get nauseous if I wait too long
