Anyone feeling congested while pregnant?

This is such a nightmare. I can’t breathe through my nose both plug.

Yes, had this with my first and going thru it now with my 2nd pregnancy. The only thing my dr said I could take is Benadryl, which does help on really bad nights, but I rarely take it because it dehydrates me and gives me a headache. Hot showers help too, but not super helpful for during the day.

Yep...almost 34 weeks and it’s been like this pretty much since about 13 weeks. It gets better for me throughout the day but nights and mornings and rough.

Yes. All 4 times. It’s your swollen membranes due to increased blood volume. I use saline rinses, oil of oregano orally, lemon lavender and peppermint oil on my sinuses (only 1 drop pep - can’t overuse in pregnancy or near eyes) and I bought a nasal dilator (that’s what they called it on amazon 😂) it’s basically a retainer that pushes your nostrils open. The strips didn’t work for me.

My entire pregnancy, no lie. I am almost 38 weeks.... been sleeping elevated on the couch alot.
