I only feel baby moving one time a day... normal??

I’m 20 weeks and I really only feel baby moving like once a day. It’s usually after I eat lunch at work and sit back down in my office I will feel her quite a bit but then it seems like I hardly feel her the rest of the day. Is this normal or something to be concerned about? I have my 20 week appointment on Monday.

Is it your first? I’m also 20w with my second I feel her all day everyday for a few weeks now.

When I was 20 weeks I would maybe feel him throughout the day for a couple days, and then not feel him hardly at all for a few days straight. It just kept going back and forth til about 28ish weeks. Now im 33 weeks and I can't even stay comfortable because he is CONSTANTLY kicking and punching me😆

Yea, normally you don’t really feel consistent movements til about 25 weeks then at 28 weeks you can start doing kick counts. They are still small enough at 20 weeks to move in your uterus without you knowing. But you could bring it up to your doctor next appointment to see what they have to say

Omg as I posted this I can feel her a little bit I just woke up I’m laying in bed. Lol what a brat 🤣 
But either way is this normal?
