Should I tell my chiropractor?

Does anyone else here visit the chiropractor? I’ve never gone while pregnant in the past so I’m not sure if they even change their treatment  this early (I’m 5 weeks). My chiropractor is also a friend and I don’t feel comfortable sharing this information with her just yet. However, if it is necessary for our treatment plan then I will definitely tell her. Has anyone else gotten adjusted while this early on? Did they change the way they adjusted you?

I would definitely let them know you are pregnant and if you don’t want to tell them, then wait to go.

It’s not really necessary until the second trimester. That’s when they will need to drop out the middle of the table to accommodate your belly in order to lie flat. Mine also stopped doing the side-lying adjustments in my third trimester. He also helped me get relief from round ligament pain by doing different pelvic adjustments. Definitely very beneficial.

It won't be an issue until you get bigger then they'll have to adjust you sitting up, I had to go a few times during my first pregnancy.

I let mine know: he said they won’t change until I start showing.

It should be fine until you are larger then they will change how you are adjusted and won’t adjust your back.
