Conceived while on lupron for down-regulation IVF protocol

So I'm starting to freak out whether there are any risks as I managed to naturally conceive while on lupron for an IVF cycle.. I've tried googling, but haven't been able to find much or anyone else who's been in my situation 😭 I'm thinking I conceived right around the time I started on lupron and did daily lupron injections for close to 20 days until I found out that the reason my period hadn't started yet (they said it should have started within 10-12 days) was because I was actually pregnant.. I don't go back for a followup until the 21st, but it measured 5w6d on Tuesday 🤞🏼
