Maca is good in general. I grew with my Peruvian family and we always took a spoonful everyday with a juiced drink in the morning. Fertility wise? Who knows. But I suggest taking it anyways!

I have no experience with that but red raspberry leaf tea is great for uterine health- strengthens your uterus and helps regulate hormones 💕

I added maca to my morning smoothies when I was trying. Whether or not it helped, I have no idea. I got pregnant on month 4 of trying.
