help me!!

ok so my man was fingering me the other night and I’ve never orgasmed before but I really felt like I was gonna but I just could not let it out. I was just holding it in idk why. I want to so bad but I pull his hand away every time I get close. I can’t do it for some reason and it’s so frustrating. any ideas why?
