Anyone use this for their breast pump? I got mine in the mail today and it came with another form I have to send back. I’m just worried I’ll end up with a co-pay bill in the mail later! I hate insurance! Am I free and clear if it came to me and says it’s covered? I’ve had issues in the past with extra co-pay bills coming to me after the fact and I’m not in the mood for that right now.
