Labor with a toddler.

What plans have some of you 2nd time moms put into place with your toddler when you are going to have your baby?

My aunt is the only one that lives nearby that could watch him for a while, but she's older and she's never had him more than a few hours.

Is it unrealistic to want him to stay with us at the hospital after baby is born? He's still breastfeeding and is not happy about trying to give him bottles.
