Water temperature

Hello all, first time mom here. My baby has been drinking pre mixed formula but now I am switching her to powder formula and I was just wondering what the water temperature should be for the bottle? Does it have to be warm water or can it be cold water from the fridge? Anything helps. Thank you in advance.
