First round didn’t work 😩

I found out yesterday that my first round of Clomid- 50mg didn’t work and I didn’t ovulate. The doctor said my progesterone levels were 23 and should be 30.

I have now been given 100mg of the tablets and am praying they work on the next cycle 🤞🏻

Also, I tracked my ovulation last time with tests, the test shown positive on the 14th day of my cycle and I had pains in one sidd on day 15. I explained this to my doctor who said that was very strange. does anybody know why I got a positive test but didn’t actually ovulate? Xx
