Ordering meds outside of US

Does anyone have experience with ordering IVF meds from an international pharmacy? IVF Pharmacy is out of Israel and ordering looks straightforward enough and the savings are huge. Cost for mostly everything I need comes to $2600 (compared to $4900 at Mandell’s).

My question is, is service and delivery reliable? How long does delivery really take? Waiting to find out if my insurance is going to cover anything, then if not I’ll have to order these right away. The recommendation is to allow 2 weeks for delivery, but I won’t have any more time to spare if something goes wrong.
