Breastfeeding isn’t always glamorous, but the other day I was playing around with Snapchat filters and had some fun while feeding my little one. Post your favorite selfie, whether it’s fun, interesting, beautiful, special, powerful, emotional. Post one that means something to you! I’ve got a couple, one fun, one from back when it was quite a bit more challenging.

Took a while to get to the second one. Went through blood blisters, lots of pain, my baby yanking her head off while sucking super hard (when the doctor checked her suck before we left the hospital she said “wow, she’s got a strong suck” and in my head I replied “yeah, I know, my nipples have blood blisters and she’s barely 24 hours old”)
