Medication allergy?

Ladies what could this be?

My baby is 7 months old. She had been having a fever about 5 days ago for 3 days straights. The temp was always above 100F. But i took her to the doctor on Friday and she said it was an ear infection. She gave me amoxicillin. She’s fever free now and seems to be herself. But i noticed this red rash all over her body today. Could it be an allergy reaction to the medication? FTM here.
