Best B6?
So I was told to take B6 for nausea. My dr didn’t give a specific brand so I just asked my husband to grab me a bottle at Walmart.
I was reading the back of the bottle to see how many I’m supposed to take and it said not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Any advise on what kind I should get?
