Pimples on babies head? Please help

So my baby had a head full, he is less than 2 weeks old and he has A LOT of puss filled pimples on his head mainly in the center and right side not too much on the left or back .. is this normal? ☹️

My poor boy had terrible baby acne. Totally normal and went away quickly. This was him at the worst it got. This was about three weeks old.

Baby acne. My boy has the same since around 2 weeks and he's gonna be a month old on Wednesday. His pediatrician said it goes away on its own and it can get worse before it gets better. It doesn't bother baby in any way. Just be sure not to put anything like lotions or soaps on it! You can take a wet wash cloth and gently go over it twice a day, but don't bother with it too much.
