I just recently told my boyfriend I want to have babies with him, and he said he wanted to as well. But it doesn’t really seem like he’s making much of an effort. Do you think it’s wrong that I’m using preseed and not telling him? Even though he says he wants to try for a baby as well?

You should tell him. That’s not something you keep from your SO. If he wants to try like he says he does than he will be ok with it. If he changes his mind about trying than respect his wishes.

Saying you want a baby is COMPLETELY different from agreeing to try for a baby.
The fact you’re using part of his body (preseed) without his permission is a form of entrapment, manipulation, lying, and abuse.
I don’t think what you’re doing is okay. You shouldn’t use part of someone’s body for your own means. Just because you want a baby and you’re dating, it doesn’t mean you have a right to use his seed.
