Baby ultimatum...

My husband and I have been trying for 3 years to have a baby. I am a huge animal lover. When we first moved in together we got 2 cats. 1 sadly passed away and some time after we got another and we also got a puppy. A Great Dane puppy. We also had my mother in laws old mutt for 2 years until she came back from across country. We bought our own home and had the 2 cat’s and the Dane. I then found 2 dying kittens and rescued them. My husband had promised me when we got our home that I could get a second Dane. He said as long as I got a second job I could get her.

Now today, just 2 days way from finishing my birth control pack to regulate me and make it so we can try again he tells me I can either have the dog or a baby, but not both.

I am heart broken. I know I’ll get a lot of hate because I have 4 cats and a Dane and want a second Dane and a baby. I’m just so sad that he would even make a child an ultimatum like that. Especially after my chemical pregnancy. I’m just so sad....
