Need advice for a helix piercing

About 4 weeks ago I got both of my ears done with a helix piercing with a gun. Other than my hair pulling on them, they were healing really nicely since I cleaned them with the store solution and sterile saline. Over the past few days my right one started making a loud crunch noise when I move the piercing to clean it. These no pus or crusty around it at all. Is there anything I can do to help them heal better or anything I'm doing wrong? and advice will help, thanks.
