Somebody help!

I don't know what to do I dated this guy on and off for a while but for the past two months we've been friends with benefits and I just got a positive pregnancy test and tomorrow I'm going to the doctor to conform it. He's 18 and I'm 17 and I'm really scared to tell him because he got a new girlfriend a few days ago and it's just really bad timing and he's going to freak out on me
