Dull one-sided cramping - early etopic sign!??

I don’t have sharp or debilitating pain but every now and then a handful of times a day I have dull pain in left side sometimes where my leg means my torso on underwear line and other times in line w the top of my pelvis in closer to my belly button but below it a couple inches. Any reason to think this may be start of etopic pain at 5w2d or just growing pains? No fever, nausea or bleeding...

I had a eptopic pregnancy, it would be worth seeing the doc asap. Mine hurt alot when I pushed on that side that I had the eptopic. Good luck x

It's most likely round ligament pain. I've been googling that today for myself. Your uterus is growing and the muscles and ligaments that hold it in place are stretching and aching. They run across your pelvis and join your torso to your legs. No cause for alarm unless it become extremely severe

Usually with ectopic pregnancies you also have shoulder pain, maybe even neck pain.

I have the same symptom but mine is on the right side? Hopefully it's just round ligament pain. It doesn't hurt when I push in the side and the pull ache gets better when I start to walk.

I have the exact same thing and I am told it is very common in the first trimester as well. :)

I literally just posted about this! Light cramping and on the left side only too. I’m so thankful so discussions like this...reading the comments have helped ease my mind a bit, I go next week to the doc and I have a laundry list of questions lol. I think I’m not drinking enough water tho so I will definitely be more aware of that. You ladies rock 💯

I had that. My gyn told me I wasn't drinking enough water . So she told me to increase my water intake. 8 cups a day. The dull crampy ache stopped. She was right. She also said to sit down for a few minutes. I haven't had a soda since that appointment.. just water.
