I have been off of birth control for about 2 years now... I quit smoking during my pregnancy in 2010 and for like 3 months in like 2012 other than that I am smoked about a pack a day!!!!

I'm sure some of you have seen my post about how I have not been able to conceive after the Depo shot with my boyfriend of 8 years!

I've heard a lot about smoking and it causing some hard time in conceiving....

My boyfriend and I can't help but be a little worried so he went ahead and bought me a very nice e-cigarette for Mother's Day I am very pleased with that and I am extremely hopeful that I can quit again!!!!!!!!

Are any of you struggling with nicotine addiction? Give me some pointers besides an e-cigarette of what help to you!
