Period on Implant

So I’ve had the Nexplanon for 4 years now my periods are never regular and they normally can last a week or more or less so this year they have been okay lasting about a week kinda regular but I’ve been having a nightmare for the last month I’ve been bleeding and I thought it was settling down on the third week but this past week I’ve not stopped bleeding especially this morning I don’t know what to do like do I ring my doctors get the pill as well as the implant ?? Anyone ??
