5 years TTC

Hey guys. So my periods have been super irregular since my 2nd mc in 2014. Just recently they have became somewhat normal. The other day I went for a smear. (The swap had blood on it) she said she thinks I'm ready to bleed. Has anyone had this before? Only this app says I'm 8 days late (usual for me) but me and the boyfriend had sex about then maybe just before and I've been getting funny sensations in my stomach I notice it more when I'm lying still. I don't want to do a test cause I hate being faced with a negative every time I think I may be. I've just never had my stomach feel like this before. It feels all tingly and weird. Sorry for long post
