Scared & confuse.. 😣

According to the app.. I’m supposed to be 5weeks 1 day.. I went for my first checkup last Saturday and was told to get my blood drawn to reconfirm the pregnancy. Beta HCG was at 15. Today, I had cramps and started to bleed. Not heavily tho.. but my beta HCG was decreased to 10. I’m still hoping for a miracle. Has anyone been in this situation before?
