He pulled out and came on top of my pussy but as soon as he pulled out it shot out all over my clit area and then he pushed his dick back in and kept going without wiping the cum off...the second time we had sex he's not sure if he pulled out in time but he's pretty sure..right after I went and peed and got in the shower. I'm kinda panicking (I know I know. If I'm gonna have sex. Especially unprotected sex pregnancy is always a chance). I'm supposed to get my period in 5 days and I'm a wreck.

there’s always a chance, especially if you don’t know when you ovulate. i suggest getting on birth control asap, and use condoms if you don’t want to be pregnant, and also use condoms to protect yourself from stds.

You need to stop having sex until you understand it. You need to g egg educated on safe sex and how your bodies work. When yo u are grown up enough to realize unprotected sex will get you pregnant and start taking steps to prevent it (and stds!!) then maybe you can have sex

Only can when you are ovulating which is 14 days after the first day of your period then 14 days after that is your period . Two weeks after period and two weeks after ovulation. Only ovulate for a week. To me, no. Unless you know when you ovulate.  Some could ovulate week right before their period but it's unlikely. Me. First of all: peeing will do absolutely not a single thing if there is cum inside you.
If this happened in the middle in between your periods there is a good chance of ovulation, which means that there was a good chance of optimal sperm survival. Sperm can live inside your vagina for up to 5 days in good conditions. 
Which means that - until you miss your period you shouldn't worry. 
Focus on the outcome you want. If you dont want to be pregnant, then every time you have an intrusive or panicked thought - tell yourself "I am not pregnant. "
If you miss your period, wait 4-5 days and take a pregnancy test. If no period by then, take a cheap test every other day until you bleed or test positive.

Pull out doesn't work first off. But If he went back in after pulling out then there's basically no difference, he should have just came in you at that point. You can go to planned Parenthood or a clinic near you and get cheap birth control! I recommend an iud or Implant since they're super effective and you never have to think about them.
