urine smell from down below? leaking?

hi ladies! i keep getting whiffs of urine and im not sure if its me? i went and checked and my knickers have a stronger smell but not necessarily wee? i seem to have wet patches at the top and round the back of my knickers but not enough that i think ive pissed myself if that makes sense?

Ive been sitting for lunch and noticed this on the chair?

I shower everyday so im not dirty, just concerned so please no nasty comments🙈😭
