Missed period on birth control pill 🥺

I’ve been on the combined hormone for 7 months now and I’ve taken it at the same time everyday and I’ve never missed one. My cycle is always 28 days long and my period is light-medium bleeding and cramps for about 3-4 days, but my last period didn’t really come, it was just a extremely light amount of brown discharge for 3ish days and I had hardly none of my usual period symptoms. It’s been about 2 weeks since then and yesterday night I had sex and this morning when I went to pee there was a tiny bit of light red mixed with discharge. Neither of these things has happened since the I first started taking birth control and I’m so worried. Should I be concerned that I’m pregnant?? If anyone could give me their opinion or knowledge PLZ help me!!
