I need to vent/need advice:

I need to rant, vent and get suggestions.

I have been seeing a reproductive endocrinologist for a year now. November 2018 I took Femera 7.5 mg unmonitored, no HCG injection

January 2019 I took Femera 7.5 mg monitored, no HCG injection

February 2019 I took Femera 12.5 mg monitored, HCG injection

March 2019 I took Femera 12.5 mg monitored, HCG injection

April 2019 I took Femera 12.5 mg monitored, HCG injection

May 2019 I took Femera 7.5 mg unmonitored, no HCG injection

I had messed up my Femera back in February thats why my dose was so high. I kept getting nausea and sever migraines on the 7.5 mg dose but no side effects on 12.5 mg. In April I had talked to the doctor and hes aware that I was taking 12.5 mg. He okayed me to be on this dosing, well his nurse called in the 7.5 mg dose for my May cycle. I asked them today why they didnt send in the 12.5 mg; they told me that they highest dose they do is 7.5 mg even though the doctor told me to do 12.5 mg. They are pushing the FSH injections on me which requires an extra ultrasound. They arent filing my insurance for any of the ultrasounds.

My ob/gyn is willing to take over my Infertility treatments but she only does Clomid with blood work. She said I would be on 50 mg for 3 months before a dosing increase. She also said after 1 year of treatment of not prgenant then she wouldnt treat me any longer and refer me for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>.

I am not sure which way I should go or what to do. My husband isnt giving me much help as it is my choice.
