Please help!

We received these results from the nurse practitioner at my ob/gyn office after they ordered the semen analysis for my partner last week. All we were told is they are slow and low and were referred to a Reproductive Endocrinologist. We are waiting to see him now but not knowing how bad the results are is driving us crazy. All she would say is it's not hopeless but she wasnt going to speak in the specialists wheelhouse. Any help understanding them or how bad they are would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
